Joan Jordi Oliver (Mallorca, 1994) is a saxophonist, composer-performer and improviser from Spain based in Zurich, Switzerland. Unsatisfied with the traditional profile of the saxophonist and in permanent search of a very personal voice, his musical practices merge performance, composition, improvisation and electroacoustic and multimedia elements into a very eclectic but individual musical expression, making him one of the most multifaceted instrumentalists of his generation.

An intense activity as a solo performer and as chamber musician has brought him all over the world, from renowned classical concert halls like Elbphilarmonie in Hamburg to legendary underground venues like ISSUE Project Room in New York or SuperDeluxe in Tokyo.
