KRAUT SOUNDS originally started as dub techno project in spring 2012, evolving since then into an experimental electronic outfit with deep ambient roots and a certain oldschool kraut electronic vein.

The music of KRAUT SOUNDS is kind of sorted amorphousness – a mixture of improvisation and doing things on purpose. Combining the analogue and digital world with deep and organic ambient sounds, minimal rhythm patterns, subliminal melodies, fluent grooves and bass structures that gently ebb and flow. Main influences: Nature, time & space.

KRAUT SOUNDS is located in Upper Bavaria and released a couple of EPs, albums and live sessions for various dub techno / ambient netlabels (Spiel:feld, Dimbideep, Büro für Erdrotation, Terra Rossa, Adept).
